Account Registration, Administration and communication

  1. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  2. You promise to provide true and complete details when registering and to update this information whenever necessary.
  3. You are in charge of keeping your account details and password secure.
  4. If your account is accessed without your authorization, you will inform us immediately.
  5. Your account details should not be shared with others.
  6. We hold the authority to close your account at any time for any reason without notice to you, including breaches of these terms.
  7. You will adhere to all relevant laws and regulations while using our services.
  8. You consent to receive email communications and other forms of notifications from Inream and its employees.
  9. You understand that Inream uses AI services to create content. AI services may make mistakes, and Inream does not take responsibility for errors caused by AI.
  10. To generate educational exercises our services may allow you to add content such as text, images, sound files, videos, and other content (User Content). You grant Inream a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, publish, transmit, display, copy, process, adapt, modify, publicly perform, and distribute your content in connection with operating, providing, and marketing the services. You are solely responsible for all your User Content.
  11. You recognize that we cannot guarantee the precision or entirety of information available on the services and are not liable for any mistakes, missing details, or the outcomes stemming from using such information.
  12. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided through our services, and you agree that the services and content are offered 'as-is' with the possibility of errors or omissions. We disclaim all liability for any consequences resulting from the use of inaccurate information.

Using our Service

  1. Your use of the services must be legal and abide by all laws and regulations.
  2. You cannot use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, or in any manner that might harm, disrupt, or impair the services.
  3. You must safeguard the security of your account.
  4. Without written permission from Inream, you can't use, display, replicate, or frame the Services or any element within them, including Inream's name, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information, or the design of any page.
  5. You are not to access or tamper with the private aspects of our services, systems, or those of its providers.
  6. You are able to avoid testing the security of Inream's systems or networks, or breaching security and authentication protocols.
  7. Only use Inream-provided software or standard web browsers to access, search, or download content from the services. No unauthorized tools like spiders, robots, or data mining instruments should be used.
  8. You can't use hidden texts or metadata with Inream trademarks or logos without their express written consent.
  9. Refrain from falsifying or modifying any part of email headers or source-identifying information in service-related communication.
  10. Do not try to decrypt, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software used for the Services.
  11. You mustn't disrupt other users' access to, or hosts or networks connected to, the Services – no viruses, overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.
  12. Collecting or storing other users' personal data without consent is prohibited.
  13. Don't pretend to be someone else or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
  14. Don't enable or encourage others to violate these terms.

You must not post content that:

  1. Violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  2. Breaks any law, could lead to legal liability, or encourages such conduct.
  3. Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
  4. Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, offensive, or inappropriate.
  5. Encourages discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harm, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.
  6. Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.
  7. Isn't suitable for educational environments or violates educational policies.

Trial Period and Automatic Renewal

If you sign up for a trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. By starting a trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate upon trial expiration.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@inream.com. If you believe you were charged in error or wish to request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@inream.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice.

Third-Party Services

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration conducted in English.
